Tripwire Interactive came with news that will delight players. The release date for Killing Floor 3, the third installment of the popular zombie series Killing Floor, has been announced. The new production will be released on March 25th and will feature improved gameplay mechanics.

Killing Floor 3 takes players to the world of 2091, 70 years after the events of the second installment. In the new adventure, monsters created by Horzine will wreak havoc. It will be up to the Nightfall group to protect the future of humanity.
The game promises a more challenging experience than previous entries in the series. Enemies with improved AI, more agile movements and different attack patterns will challenge players. Players will be able to use a wide range of customizable weapons, from flamethrowers to shotguns and katanas.
Game environments have also been designed to be more dynamic and dangerous. Interactive elements will allow players to set deadly traps. The M.E.A.T. System, a bloody combat system, will be further enhanced, with dismemberment effects and blood trails to authenticate the gameplay experience.
Killing Floor 3 will be available in Standard Edition for $39.99 and Deluxe Edition for $59.99. In addition, the Elite Nightfall Edition will include various extras and bonuses for $79.99.
